What size company is this for?
Series B through D, typically 50 to 600 employees. You need to have deployed AI in at least one business function and have a person responsible for AI strategy, whether or not that person has a formal AI title.
What if the diagnostic finds I do not have a structural problem?
That is a possible outcome. If your organizational structure is sound and the bottleneck is technical, we will tell you that directly and point you to where the actual problem is.
